Your Role
You will act as the first point of contact for end-users and customers using the company’s cloud-based platform, supporting users worldwide.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond to support requests via chat, email, and ticketing tools
- Diagnose technical issues with APIs, plugins, and integrations
- Escalate bugs to the development team and follow up
- Document support cases and create help center articles
Your Profile
- 2+ years in SaaS or cloud product support
- Familiarity with REST APIs, basic debugging, and logs
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Customer-focused and self-managed in a remote setup
