UX Designer – Government Platform

Your Role

As a UX Designer, you will work on complex user flows and services for public-facing digital platforms. You will be involved in every stage of the design process, from user research to high-fidelity prototyping.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct user interviews and usability testing
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Ensure accessibility and compliance with public service standards
  • Work closely with development and product teams
  • Iterate based on user feedback and analytics
Your Profile
  • 3+ years of UX experience in enterprise or government platforms
  • Proficient with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
